LHINs Sent Strong Message That Boundary Issues are Unacceptable
The Erie St. Clair and South West Local Health Integration Networks (LHINs) are confirming that geographic boundaries do not exist for residents seeking care in other LHINs across the Province of Ontario. This is stated clearly in both federal and provincial health legislation.

The Community Care Information Management (CCIM) Project is about improving patient outcomes and creating efficiencies in the health care system. CCIM will allow us to continue to create measurable and sustainable health care for everyone across our LHIN.
