Resident of Louisville, Chatham-Kent Region
Willi Kirenko lives in the village of Louisville outside of Chatham, and is the Nurse Practitioner Coordinator and a member of the Professional Practice Nursing Team with the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance. Born and raised in Chatham, she graduated from the Diploma Nursing program at St. Clair College and has been working in the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance Emergency Department since 1982. She graduated from the University of Windsor with a BScN and Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner Certificate in 2001. She earned a Master's Degree in Nursing along with an Adult Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Diploma from the University of Toronto in 2006.
Willi is also a sessional instructor in the undergraduate nursing degree program for Ryerson University and she holds an associate faculty position with the school of graduate studies, for the University of Toronto, Faculty of Nursing. She has held positions as regional representative and president of both the Emergency Nurses Association of Ontario and the Nurse Practitioners' Association of Ontario.
Willi is passionate about the provision of highest quality Emergency and Mental Health and Addictions care as well as improving access to comprehensive and ongoing primary health care for residents of the Erie St. Clair LHIN region.
