Ontario's LHINs are required under the Local Health Services Integration Act, 2006, to negotiate service accountability agreements with the health service providers they fund. The Erie St. Clair LHIN is in the process of working with hospitals to complete their Hospital Annual Planning Submissions (HAPS), which will be used to confirm and negotiate the subsequent Hospital Service Accountability Agreements (H-SAAs) for each hospital.
