Erie St. Clair Aboriginal Communities

Erie St. Clair LHIN is home to five First Nations communities. Three communities are located in Lambton County – Bkejwanong Territory (Walpole Island), Chippewas of Kettle and Stony Point and Aamjiwnaang First Nation. Two communities, Delaware Nation (Moravian Town) and Caldwell First Nation are located in Chatham-Kent. Additionally, Métis peoples reside in communities throughout Erie St. Clair. As users of the local health care system it is important that we know and understand their unique health care needs. It is the goal of the LHIN to gain further understanding of those needs.
