Community Annual Planning Submissions (CAPS) & Multi Sector Service Accountability Agreements (M-SAAs) Resources
Ontario's LHINs are required under the Local Health Services Integration Act, 2006, to negotiate service accountability agreements with the health service providers they fund. The Erie St. Clair LHIN is in the process of working with the community sector to complete their Community Annual Planning Submissions (CAPS), which will be used to confirm and negotiate the subsequent Multi Sector Service Accountability Agreements (M-SAAs) for each health service provider.
