Long-Term Care Accountability Planning Submissions (LAPS) & Long-Term Care Homes Service Accountability Agreements (L-SAAs) Resources
Ontario's LHINs are required under the Local Health Services Integration Act, 2006, to negotiate service accountability agreements with the health service providers they fund. The Erie St. Clair LHIN is in the process of working with the long-term care sector to complete their Long-Term Care Accountability Planning Submissions (LAPS), which will be used to confirm and negotiate the subsequent Long-Term Care Homes Service Accountability Agreements (L-SAAs) for each health service provider.
