Integration Decisions

Local Health Integration Networks (LHINs) are to create integrated health systems as a means of improving the health of Ontarians. Integrated health systems provide coordinated, accessible and high quality health care that focuses on client needs, improves patient care and makes service delivery more efficient.

LHINs have the authority to integrate local health services and programs. LHINs don’t make integration decisions in isolation; we work closely with local health service providers to identify ways to reduce duplication in the health system and to improve health services in Ontario.

The following are integration decisions that have been approved by the Erie St. Clair LHIN Board:
